If you no longer wish to go ahead with your test, please let us know via email [email protected] and we'll be happy to provide a refund, depending on when we receive your refund request:
- If it’s before a kit is sent out, we’ll refund you in full.
- If it’s after the kit is sent out, we’ll refund you for the cost of the test, minus a fee to cover the kit and handling. PS Please don’t send back the kit, even if unopened. It can’t be reused, which is why we can’t refund the cost.
- If it’s after the laboratory has processed your blood sample, unfortunately we won’t be able to process a refund.
We’ll send reimbursement to the original means of payment.
We cannot be responsible for the test results accuracy nor the quality of delivered samples, especially if not taken correctly or posted in a timely manner.
