If you no longer wish to go ahead with your test, please let us know by email* and we'll be happy to provide a refund, depending on when we receive your refund request:

  • If it’s before a kit is sent out, we’ll refund you in full.
  • If it’s after the kit is sent out, we’ll refund you for the cost of the test, minus a fee to cover the kit and handling. PS Please don’t send back the kit, even if unopened. It can’t be reused, which is why we can’t refund the cost.
  • If it’s after the laboratory has processed your blood sample, unfortunately we won’t be able to process a refund.

We cannot be responsible for the test results accuracy or the quality of delivered samples especially if not taken correctly or posted in timely manner.
